This week we celebrated one of my dearest friend’s 24th birthday and what better way it was to kick of the festivities than to dine at George Calombaris’ Hellenic Republic (O’s celebrity chef crush!). Unfortuntely George wasn’t around to wish her a Happy Birthday but I think the food more than made up for his absence.
